  Which Photo Package is right for you?

        How many angles of rooms do you want? A good estimate is multiply the number of rooms by number of angles. General safe number is 2 angles per room. A typical 3 bed 2 bath home will approximately yield 15 photos. More angles means more photos to have, or choose, for the listing.
        With all shoots, you will receive a GoogleDrive link containing edited and web-formatted JPEG images (to MLS or AirBnB standards).

Additional charges (when applicable)

• $65.00 Amenities Charge - If there are amenities in a complex that you would like to be photographed, we will work to provide (e.g. pools, game rooms, recreation facilities, etc.) in cooperation with management/facility staff.
  Note: Administration/facility staff must be notified prior to photoshoot to confirm availability and policy for photography of amenities. Since these are private community areas, we must be considerate of others.

• $30.00/photo Sky Replacement Charge - In the event you receive an exterior photo, are unsatisfied with the sky, and are unable reschedule an exterior retake, we offer sky replacements. This is a longer technical process than basic photo processing, but will make the property photo standout.

• $25.00 Travel Fee - We service the Greater Metropolitan Atlanta area radiating from Marietta. This fee applies when the property is further than thirty (30) miles from the 30068 zip code. This fee covers the travel time and gas expended.
